Shipping Policy

Once the product is ordered and paid for by the client, we arrange shipping through reliable courier partners. Alternatively, you may ask a friend or family member to collect it directly from our store and ship it to you. If you need delivery to any address within India, we are pleased to offer FREE Shipping across India.

All confirmed orders are shipped within 15–25 working days or as per the date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Once dispatched, customers are provided with an online tracking option to monitor their shipment. Please note that if you have ordered a product with a stitching facility, an additional 5 days may be required for processing and delivery.

At the time of delivery, if you are unavailable to receive the parcel, the courier company will leave a note requesting you to call them for re-delivery or collect the parcel directly from their nearest office. Please understand that we are not responsible for delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances or courier company backlogs, nor for non-delivery if the customer is unavailable at the delivery address.

If you are purchasing multiple items and wish to ship them to different addresses, please place them as separate orders. However, if multiple items are ordered in a single transaction and shipped to a single destination, the delivery date will depend on the availability of the last product in the order.
